Property information

The "Casa Lungolago" apartment is a real window onto Lake Garda! Located on the first floor of a historic building in the center of Garda, "Casa Lungolago" has a kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave), living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and top-loading washing machine. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The large French windows in the living room and bedroom open directly onto the Lungolago, with an incredible view! The apartment has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating (available with a supplement). Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, can only be reached on foot. Parking in the area, about 5 minutes walk from the apartment, is available on request for a fee.

Neighbourhood information

Garda is a picturesque fishing village, where streets and alleys retain the charm of ancient times. An unmissable walk is the one that crosses Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Via Spagna, Via dei Sottoportici and Piazzetta della Libertà, among stones and ancient buildings rich in history. It starts from “Palazzo Fregoso”, characterized by a majestic entrance portal, a façade decorated with a mullioned window on the first floor and other motifs of clear Venetian influence, which preserves the traces of the ancient home of Cesare Fregoso, courageous captain of the Republic of Venice. It continues along Corso Vittorio Emanuele, where after the Porta dell’Orologio you reach “Palazzo Carlotti”, a large building constructed in the 16th century by the Carlotti family, nobles from Verona who had feudal rights over a large part of the Garda territory.
