Casa Limone is a brand new ground floor apartment in the modern residence: Portobello Village. The residence is located on a hill overlooking the port of Tropea. The center of this charming town is about a 5-minute drive away. The fantastic beaches of the Costa degli Dei are within a 5-25 minute drive. Portobello Village is under development, several apartments have been realized in beautiful architecture - unique to the area - with homes that are currently still under construction on the site. The complex has several apartments. Casa Limone is a corner apartment with a living room with designer kitchen, a sofa bed for children (1.40 m) and a Smart TV. The bathroom is modern with a large shower, toilet, cupboard space and washbasin. The bedroom has a large comfortable double bed (1.60 m) and a beautiful wardrobe. At the front is a patio with dining area and a small, green enclosed garden. At the rear is a patio with a lounge sofa and also a small enclosed patio garden, very private with 2 sunbeds and an outdoor solar shower. A luxurious apartment with lots of privacy near Tropea!

We are lovers of this region in Calabria and enjoy the peace, atmosphere and conviviality every time, every season. While traveling in Italy from the Netherlands, we discovered this area and return here regularly. Casa Limone is a 5-minute drive from the center of Tropea. Tropea has been named the most beautiful village - i borghi più belli - in Italy in 2021. With its location high on a cliff and the beautiful old center, it is really a very attractive town! When you walk through the streets here, you can't stop taking photos. The buildings and palaces from the 16th and 17th centuries and beautiful views, blue sea and white beaches make this a unique holiday spot. The town has many small boutiques and good restaurants. In the area, Capo Vaticano is a beautiful place for a day trip with its views, parks and beautiful beaches. Reggio di Calabria is a Mediterranean town about a 1-1.5 hour drive away. Beautiful nature parks Sila and Serra San Bruno are also a 1-1.5 hour drive away. Pizzo is worth a visit and famous for its Tartufo (ice cream) and about and half an hour's drive from Tropea. Water sports in the azure blue sea, renting a boat or relaxing on the various beaches in the area, the Costa degli Dei has it all.
