Located in the center of San Remo ( a 2 min walk from the "Ariston" theater), the vacation home "Di Lilo" has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Available amenities include Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning with heat pump, and washing machine. The walking path to the apartment includes a climb with some steps of about 300 m, and there are 2 flights of steep steps to reach the front door of the apartment. The apartment is only 700 m from the beach and a bicycle path. Supermarkets are 500 m from the property, and a variety of bars and restaurants are 200 m away. The distance to the train station is 950 m. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and parties are not permitted. Please note that the property is located in the historic center of San Remo. Therefore, it cannot be reached by car, but only on foot, and is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. Free on-street parking or/and paid parking lots are located 300-700m away. A shuttle to/from Nice airport and San Remo train station is available. A grocery service can be provided.
