Casa Claudia is a holiday house with private pool in Le Marche region in San Lorenzo in Campo, a small town 25 km from the beaches of Marotta on the Adriatic Riviera. Its location offers a magnificent view over Le Marche hills and a unique experience in close contact with nature. Guests can make use of a brick barbecue ideal for summer dinners and several outdoor areas equipped for al fresco eating and relaxing. The pool has a comfortable stepped entrance and is with salt water. The structure is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV area, French sofa bed and dining table, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area. Upstairs there is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with bunk beds, a toilet. * Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, Euro 100/week (to pay on spot) ** Pets allowed max. 2, extra cleaning when pets are present: Euro 50 per pet/ stay (to pay on spot)
