Property for exclusive use Typical country house in stone, 300 sq. m. with 3 double bedrooms, a triple bedroom and 3 bathrooms for up to 9 persons. The outdoor area has a large garden. The pool (open from 1/6 to 30/9 8 am-10pm) has a hydromassage area and measures 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.5 metres, in a panoramic position which can be reached via a stone staircase. The dining area leads to a shaded space under a gazebo with a table, chairs and portable barbecue. The villa is on two floors. The ground floor boasts a large, bright living room with sofas and armchairs, a fireplace and satellite TV, with a brick arch leading to the dining room with outdoor access. Four steps will take you down to the kitchen, complete with utensils and with outdoor access, with a bathroom with shower rounding up this area. A wooden staircase from the living room leads up to the first floor (there is also an outdoor staircase) with 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower and bathtub, one bedroom with two beds, one bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
