The small two-storey house is located in a quiet mountain village in the hills above Lake Garda. The clear waters of Lake Garda are also ideal for swimming, surfing and sailing: a public beach with an olive grove, bar and pizzeria can be reached in 20 minutes. There are also golf courses, tennis courts and opportunities for horse riding and canyoning in the surrounding area. The main town of Gargnano offers pure ‘dolce vita’: a small harbour, delicatessens, ice cream parlours and bars, restaurants and boutiques ... and lots of Italian flair!
