I’m 52 years old, I speak a decent English and an unfortunately rusty German. In partnership with my brother, I started the touristic rental activity in 2015 and since I liked it and I found rewarding to meet and to know guests from all over the world, progressively we've increased it. Please note that the amount displayed on the portal includes the owner's rent and the fee for the ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Casa Carozzi offers three spacious and comfortable apartments located in the fourth floor (the largest, with balcony) and on the ground floor (restructured in 2019: a single room and a studio apartment) in a quiet Condo, with a nice view on the gardens and the public park. Perfect for families or for couples, the apartments are fully equipped and furnished. Easy to reach, well connected with the city centre (500 meters far from the underground station, less than 20 minutes to the Duomo Square), the Bicocca University and two main Hospitals. Please note that all guests are required to register and complete the necessary formalities online via the Fast Check-in procedure. This step is mandatory in order to access the apartment. To comply with current Italian regulations, the Fast Check-in procedure allows us to: - Collect the required personal data for guest registration with the Milan Police Department - Receive the mandatory photos for each guest: a selfie showing the guest’s face next to their ID, plus front and back photos of the ID document (including for minors, as required by Public Security regulations for identification purposes) - Process the payment of the Tourist Tax - Obtain the digital signature on the short-term rental agreement We kindly ask you to complete the Fast Check-in well before your arrival day: this will help ensure a smooth and stress-free access to the apartment. Within a stone's throw from the apartment there are an appreciated Pizzeria and three Bars. In the area there are available all the services a guest may need (Restaurants, Pizzerie, Banks, Supermarkets, Grocery stores, Laundries, Food stores, ...). The Precotto area has maintained the old flavour of the ancient burg, with many small houses, old restructured farmsteads, the Chapel of Saint Mary Magdalen (1500 D.C.) and various green areas and parks, ideal for jogging. It is a calm area, safe and relaxing.
