The anti-seismic building, born in energy class A, was completed at the end of 2015; the apartment located on the 3rd floor is well soundproofed, simple civil rules of coexistence are required; the apartment has double exposure with a large terrace facing south where it is possible to have breakfast outside or simply relax in the sun, the room facing north, where it is possible to glimpse the exhibition center. The apartment is accessible from the external access road even by those who need to move with a wheelchair. Pets, however much I may love them, are unfortunately not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but only on the terrace.

I love my job and this activity of hosting people for those who need to reach the exhibition fair or stop on the edge of Milan is a pleasant addition to my interests. I love to live outdoors and share carefree moments with friends and acquaintances. I love to read, listen to good music, visit places of art and history. I am a lover of pop and Latin music and I love to dance when I have the opportunity to do it in company. The municipality of Pero has set restrictions on the car parks in the area in front of the fair structure, making them for the exclusive use of residents, therefore the "Casa Battisti" structure will provide its guests with a free PASS to park without a time limit.
