Casa Antica has been recognized as an historic building by the Italian Cultural Heritage. The house is provided with a well-kept outdoor space with paved and shaded area, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy the restful view on the countryside, while tasting typical Tuscan meals. FIRST FLOOR: with access through external stone staircase, kitchen-dining room with fireplace, double bedroom, sitting room with double sofa bed, wide bathroom with shower and bath. From the sitting room access to a connecting double bedroom, to a bathroom with shower and to a single bedroom with French-window. On ground floor a laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board and clothes rack. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

Casa Antica is an old stone farmhouse recently and cleverly restored, situated only a few km far from Monte San Savino, amidst green wooded hills and fertile cultivated fields and plunged in a typical scenery of the Tuscan countryside. Monte San Savino is an ancient village which still preserves its architectonic features. The town of Arezzo is approx. 20 km away.
