The apartment is on the ground floor, part of a condominium, set in well maintained communal gardens offering shady areas to relax. There's a communal barbecue area to the rear of the property plus communal outside showers if you are requiring to just shower off the sand after a day at the beach. You have a garden view from the living and dining area at the front of the apartment and the bedroom situated at the back of the property is tranquil. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to guarantee a pleasant stay. Microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. This property will not accomodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please advise estimated time of arrival to prevent delays with check in. The property is manged by a professional host. Situated opposite the port where every evening there is a street market offering an interesting walk to accompany you to the many restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and lots more. From the port and nearby you can also join the many boats to take you on a trip around the Archipelago of La Maddalena. A variety of supermarkets are right on your doorstep as well as chemist, post office and a wealth of tourist gift stores. The Monday morning market is a good idea where traditional Sardinian foodstuffs along with gifts and clothes are available. Guests can chose to be entirely 'car free' in Cannigione, but a car enables you to go further afield to explore Costa Smeralda, etc. There is a tourist bus service operating in the season.
