The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor with key lift, it was renovated in 2017 with all the comforts, the air conditioning is channeled and usable in every room. It's very important that you specify the time of the check-in as i don't live in the same structure.
My wife or I will be present at the check-in for the delivery of the keys, all the information on how to best use the structure and how to reach the destinations you want. It's very important that you specify the time of the check-in as i don't live in the same structure.
The structure is very convenient for those who must go to Bologna city, to the Villa Chiara clinic, to attend a concert at the Arena Unipol, go for work or refresher courses in the industrial area of Casalecchio, Riale, Zola Predosa, Crespellano. The bus service is at urban rates and can also be used to reach Bologna. For the Bologna Fiere as well as the bus and the local railway (same ticket as Garibaldi Station 300mt), I can, on request and / or my availability, accompany you by car. Also to reach the airport or the station of Bologna. Appennines Bologna is close to Casalecchio and you can go hiking in the area, visit the lakes and eat in typical restaurants. It's very important that you specify the time of the check-in as i don't live in the same structure
