Housed in a former convent with private garden, Casa Caburlotto is in the Santa Croce district of Venice. It offers a free Italian-style breakfast daily, including hot drinks, juice and pastries. The Congregation of the Daughters of St. Joseph, founded by Msgr. Luigi Caburlotto, forms a single family, governed by a superior general assisted by a council, based in Venice. In Brazil, the Community form a religious Province, in the Philippines a delegation governed by a Superior General appointed by the Council. The mission in Kenya was recently founded and is directly dependent on the central government. The superior general has authority over the whole religious family for which gives direct guidance, and take decisions with regard to training, to the charism, to educational, charitable and apostolic. Particular attention is given to the laity, in particular for teachers, educators and collaborators, associates and volunteers working in some social institutions and to those who lend a periodic service in the missions, with friends Caburlotto.

Casa Caburlotto is suitable for individuals, groups or families, religious and otherwise. Casa Caburlotto offers an ideal tourist accommodation and hospitality for individuals, groups and families. It simply and soberly furnished with sight open to the canal or the garden. The breakfast, of continental type is offered, inclusive of the price of stay, in two big dining rooms in the first floor of the building. There are two elevators. There are common rooms available to the guests, apart from the snack room, there are also reading rooms. IMPORTANT: the house is closed from midnight to 6:00am, it is not possible to get in or out during that time.
