Family-run accommodation facility, which develops entirely on the ground floor. B&B Ca 'Pietra is a structure suitable for individuals, couples, small groups and families and can accommodate up to 8 people. The STONE HOME loft consists of two double bedrooms (for a total of 4 guests) and a bathroom with entrances to both bedrooms. The kitchen, with access from the patio, is available to all guests. The FAMILY AND FRIENDS room consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, for a total of 4 people that can be accommodated. The entrance is independent and the bathroom is private. The room has direct access to the kitchen / breakfast room. During the summer, breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace adjacent to the room and alternatives are available for any type of food choice, intolerance or allergy. The entire structure is safe and ecological as there is no gas, heating and cooling are indeed obtained through the electricity produced by photovoltaics and the water is heated by solar panels (thanks to the storage tank, we are able to ensure a continuous flow of hot water). It id essential for me that the guest feels at home everything is based on this perspective children can enjoy outdoor space with a swing and others simply live games. I try within the limits of my possibilities to satisfy the basic needs of the guests. I love my b&b because the furniture is a pleasant blend of old and new, the warm roughness of old wood and the scent of lavender give pleasent sensations.
