The villa is located in Castro and is 1 km away from the sea. The property has a completely independent entrance and spans two floors with a total area of 240 square meters. It consists of 7 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a television, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Externally, it features a garden extending for approximately 3000 square meters and a private pool for guests, measuring 10 m x 4 m and 1.3 m deep. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, internet connection, and on-site parking within the property. This property is available for exclusive rental for up to a maximum of 16 guests.

Our pristine sea, our coastlines, the unique Grotta Zinzulusa, and our museum in the Aragonese castle, rich in archaeological artifacts narrating the history of our country, where you can admire the bust of the goddess Minerva discovered during excavations in July 2015. Our former cathedral, adjacent to the episcopal palace. In the surroundings, just a few kilometers away, there are S. Cesarea Terme, Otranto, S. Maria di Leuca, and Lecce with its monuments and churches, also steeped in history. The entire Salento region embraces a culture open to hospitality and a welcoming spirit towards guests.
