The apartment, about 90 square meters, is equipped with independent heating and is located in a very quiet area, 500 meters from the sea and the train station. It has two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, hall, fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and a small balcony. In the area there are many free parking spaces.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building without a lift. It is located in a very quiet and very well located area, just 500 meters from the sea and the train station. Levanto is also the ideal starting point for visiting the 5 lands.
There are several free parking spaces near the condominium, but the apartment does not have a reserved parking space.
