PRENOTAELBA/GOELBA is a project that was born in 2012 from an idea of ​​Marco Battacone and Simone Manca. Starting as employees, they gained skills in the travel sector until they became the owners of the company, shifting the focus of their business to the incoming tourism of their territory, the Island of Elba, always working with professionalism and a lot of enthusiasm. La Terrazza Sulle Ghiaie is a splendid private building consisting of 4 adjacent apartments all on the same floor, facing the sea, with a full view of the beach and its gulf. Via a staircase you can reach the Ghiaie beach in just 200 meters on foot. It has no parking space but for the 2023 season the Cosimo de Medici car park on the beach will be available free of charge; in addition to the dirt parking lot behind the Guardia di Finanza. Furthermore, from the rear access on Via San Rocco, it is possible to leave the car along the road or in the parking lot of the buildings if there is availability. The space at the back is also shared with the other guests, where there are other tables with chairs, space for hanging out, games and outdoor equipment. The apartments are tidy on the terrace, some have more privacy, others less because they have the passage.

The property is accessed either from San Rocco, at the back, a residential area where there are several free parking spaces, or from the stairway that cuts across the front of the road that from Ghiaie rejoins Padulella and Capo Bianco, less than 1 km away. The beach is famous for the incomparable beauty of its seabed, the turquoise colored water which with the south wind seems to take us to a Caribbean setting, its particular white pebbles smoothed by the sea. In the background the Scoglietto, today is a biological protection area, enriching the flora and fauna of our side: a paradise for those in search of fresh, clean water and for snorkelling lovers. Idyllic area to reach the center, which in the evening thanks to the Ztl, becomes a romantic marina served by all services. The terrace gives access to all the apartments, each of which has an entrance equipped with a coffee table and umbrella, which must however allow the passage to the neighbours.
