Why choose this property • Newly renovated to high standards • Location, in the peace of the Florentine hills but close by the city center • Beautiful garden, private swimming pool, terraced garden, BBQ area and private gym • 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms can host up to 14 guest thanks to the additional sofa bed. - Due to the location in the countryside it is warmly recommended to book or have a car to reach the property. Extra cleaning of 500 euro is included whe booking online at the last step HOME TRUTHS -CHECK IN TIME IS FROM 16.00 (4 pm). -CHECK OUT TIME IS 10.00 am - Due to the location in the countryside it is warmly recommended to book or have a car to reach the property. Without a car, 800 meters away (about a 15-minute walk) there is the terminus of the urban bus line 36, which goes to Florence’s Central Station with a frequency of every 15 minutes. - The property is not designed for parties or events. If you wish to host a gathering or event, please ask for approval in advance. Be mindful of your neighbours, turn off music and keep noise at minimum after Midnight. -Please note that in Summer Season the property has a minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. -This is a NON-SMOKING inside apartment. -There are stairs within the property with no elevator. - No AC in the bedroom at the ground floor. When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract.
