Spacious apartment in a residence with a swimming pool at 900 meters of altitude! In a quiet location, just a few meters from the cable car to the Piani di Artavaggio and near the free shuttle stop for the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts. The pool, heated, covered, and 25 meters long, is open every weekend throughout the year, all of July and August, and during school holidays (from Christmas to New Year, Easter, and long weekends).

Moggio is a charming mountain village in the heart of Valsassina, a valley parallel to Lake Como, surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh air. Known for its high-quality cheese production, it offers an authentic experience with local agriturismi and traditional restaurants. The village is an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts: in summer, enjoy scenic hiking and cycling trails; in winter, visit the ski areas of Piani di Artavaggio and Piani di Bobbio, accessible via cable cars and chairlifts. Moggio’s proximity to Lake Como allows for a perfect combination of mountain and lake activities, making it an excellent destination for both relaxation and adventure seekers. Transport By Car: Easily accessible via main roads. From Milan, take the A4 towards Bergamo, continue on the SS36 to Lecco, and exit for "Ballabio" or "Moggio" (1.5 hours). From Lecco, follow the SS36 and exit at "Ballabio" (20-30 minutes). By Public Transport: From Milan, take a train to Lecco (40 minutes). From Lecco, the D35 bus connects to Moggio in 40-50 minutes, stopping in the village center. Note: the bus schedule is limited, with the last bus around 7 PM and fewer services on weekends. Tickets are available locally or on board (extra fee).
