Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number of the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate the arrival time, and updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can arrive on time to welcome you. If you have requests or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check-in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax: The municipality of Bordighera applies a tourist tax of 1.50EURO/day per person aged 12 and over (up to 15 nights) which will be collected in cash upon arrival. 2) Additional people to those declared in the reservation: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person (within the limit of 6 people acceptable in the house). 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER.

Apartment located in the hamlet of Termini, municipality of Bordighera, in the splendid setting of the promontory of Madonna della Ruota, within the well-kept Punta Sole residential complex. A quiet and panoramic area 5 minutes walk from the free beach of Baia Verde, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ospedaletti, has a covered parking space, WI-FI and a splendid SEA VIEW terrace. The center of Ospedaletti is a 15-minute walk away, while that of Bordighera is 3km away. It is an ideal accommodation for families or groups of up to 6 people, thanks to a functional distribution of spaces, bright rooms and a habitable terrace where you can relax in the sun with a view of the sea and the Ligurian hills. The living area is welcoming, with two sofa beds (one double, one single), TV, dining table and side exit to the terrace. The kitchen is separate, also accessible from the terrace, and is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, moka, kettle, dishes and utensils. The terrace is the heart of the house: spacious and furnished with a table, chairs and a relaxing sofa, it is the perfect place for outdoor breakfasts, aperitifs with a sea view and dinners under the stars. The bedroom is large, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and a foldaway single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, private covered parking space and ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The heating is centralized, active in the periods established by the condominium and according to municipal rules. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. Instructions for waste collection and other rules are available in the house. Casa Sofia is located in the Termini hamlet, in the municipality of Bordighera, inside the Punta Sole residence, a well-kept complex immersed in tranquility. The environment is quiet and safe, ideal for those who want to relax away from the chaos but remain convenient to services and well connected to the main locations of the Riviera. Just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the splendid Baia Verde, a free sandy beach among the most beautiful in Ospedaletti. In about 15 minutes on foot you reach the center of Ospedaletti, with its seafront, bars, restaurants, shops and all the services useful during your stay. 100 meters from the house there is a bus stop: from here you can easily reach Bordighera, Ospedaletti and Sanremo, or continue to Ventimiglia or change lines to get to Imperia. For those arriving by train, the Bordighera train station is about 3 km away and allows you to easily move along the Riviera dei Fiori and up to the French Riviera: from here you can visit Menton, Monte Carlo and Nice, without needing a car. The splendid Ponente cycle path starts 1 km from the house, a route of over 25 km along the sea that connects Ospedaletti to San Lorenzo al Mare, with rest areas and direct access to the beaches. For those who love walking or cycling, it is an unmissable experience. From Ospedaletti you can rent bikes and e-bikes, or explore the panoramic paths of the Ligurian hinterland, also ideal for mountain biking. For diving enthusiasts, there are diving centers both in Marina degli Aregai and in Port Garavan, in Menton. Both in Ospedaletti and in Sanremo, cultural, sporting and gastronomic events take place all year round: from the famous Sanremo Festival, to the festivals of Ligurian specialties, to the rallies of vintage cars and motorcycles that parade on the historic circuit of Ospedaletti.
