Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number to organize your arrival with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate the arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Lavagna applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people than those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often allowed, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Comfortable apartment with free WI-FI located in Lavagna, 600 meters from the train station and 500 meters from the seafront and the promenade that leads to the beaches of the Ligurian town. About ten minutes walk from the historic center and close to all services, the accommodation is ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio! The apartment, located on the ground floor of a five-story building, opens onto a space divided between a kitchenette and a living area: you will find a sofa bed for one and a half squares that can be used as a bed for an adult or possibly two children, a TV, a microwave oven and an extendable dining table. The kitchen occupies the other part of the room, with a stove, fridge, freezer and oven. There is everything you need to prepare and eat meals such as pots, pans, dishes, cups and glasses. Walking along the corridor you reach the bedroom, with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Outside the bedroom you will find a small closet with cleaning products. Finally, the bathroom is equipped with sanitary ware, shower and washing machine. Laundry can be hung out on the appropriate lines. For the winter season, heating is shared with radiators. There is free WI-FI service. There are two large free public car parks in the immediate vicinity. Pets are allowed: with a walk of less than 15 minutes you will arrive at a beach equipped for dogs, where even four-legged guests can enjoy the sea of ​​Lavagna.

The simple and quiet atmosphere, the convenience of having everything at your fingertips and the ease of moving to many interesting destinations make Lavagna the ideal destination for your holidays. The main artery is Via Roma, the classic shopping street of the city that is less than ten minutes' walk from the apartment: from here you can set off for a walk in the historic center in search of historic buildings and churches or a nice little place to stop. Via Aurelia and the railway tracks separate the historic center from the seafront promenade that runs parallel to the beach and starts from the characteristic tourist port of Lavagna which is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops all in the immediate vicinity. From Lavagna the closest place to reach and visit is Chiavari which is less than 2km away and can also be reached on foot or by using the numerous buses that leave from Corso Buenos Aires (the stop is 500 meters from the apartment) with a journey of 5 minutes. With short trips by car or train you can visit symbolic places such as Santa Margherita and Portofino or moving in the other direction Moneglia, Levanto until you reach the splendid Cinque Terre in less than an hour. Also very popular with trekking lovers is the network of paths on the hills that surround the area and that offer nature walks with glimpses of the panorama of the coast of incredible beauty.
