It is 108 km from Kottayam Railway Station and 190 km from Cochin Airport. Free parking is available. Guests can play billiards at Woodhouse Bar. The resort also provides a tour desk, laundry services and airport shuttles at an extra charge. The restaurant serves Kerala cuisine, heavily flavoured by local spices. The chef can also prepare traditional tribal curries and Western dishes.
