a 3-bedroom, elderly-friendly home located on an 8.5-acre beautiful serene estate along the Harangi Backwaters just 4 hours (160 km) from Mangaluru Airport. a large airy living room. With a fireplace at one end of the hall, high ceilings and wooden bannisters all around, it feels like a walk into the deeper reaches of the jungle. 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor of the home and offers endless views of the vast coffee plantations. As you make your way to the first floor, you walk past the 2-bedrooms overlooking the verdant greenery. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The backwaters can be seen from all nooks of the home. Walk along the cobbled pathway to the stairs that take you to the backwaters for an invigorating start to the day. Play board games with the kids or hide-n-seek and cricket on the lawns. We serve home-cooked meals at our home. Meals are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 (veg) per person, per day and Rs.1700 (non-veg) per person, per day. Meal charges for children between 6-11 years are Rs. 1000 (veg) per child, per day and Rs. 1000 (non-veg) per child, per day. Barbecue is available at an additional cost

•The Dubare Elephant Camp 30-minutes away from the home is a must-visit specially for kids. You can mingle with elephants, learn about them, give them a bath, and even feed them. There are also plenty of trekking trails, waterfalls nearby to explore while there. •The Harangi Backwaters 30-kms away are another mesmerizing sight that can be reached by off-roading. This is a clean, serene place and the sunset views are to-die-for. •The home is surrounded by the Evergreen coffee estate. You can request the caretaker for a guided tour to walk around these coffee plantations. One can also set out to explore Mysore along with Coorg. With a short stay at SaffronStays Riverstone in Mysore, you can explore the town of Srirangapatna along with Bylakuppe, the second largest Tibetan settlement in the world, outside Tibet.
