Riverside Retreat is hosted by the Cornelio family – long-time residents of Kemmannu who now open up their riverside home to fellow travellers. Veronica and Vivian live on the property and personally welcome every guest, sharing local tips, warm conversations, and even homemade food. Hosting is personal for us – this is our family home, built on a piece of land in 1950's we’ve cherished for decades. We take pride in creating a space where guests can feel completely at ease, enjoy privacy, and still know help is just a call away. We're passionate about sharing the simple joys of river life – watching kingfishers at dawn, taking the kayak out for a gentle paddle, or sipping coconut toddy as the sun sets over the mangroves.
