This is a newly built and stylish living unit that includes a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, seating area, and dining space. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the cozy bedroom features a queen-size bed and a large closet for storage. Additionally, there is a welcoming seating deck area where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. The beautifully designed bathroom completes this comfortable living space.

If you enjoy waking up to the sound of birds singing, then this is the perfect place for you. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a shopping center and restaurants within walking distance.
