A charming apartment in the heart of the Rishon Lezion villa district. Offers 2 bedrooms and a large living room. The beach is only ten minutes away as well as the promenade and several good restaurants. On your long-awaited vacation, you can relax in the small yard, which has a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Stunning furnishings and high-quality equipment, are perfect for a vacation!

A pastoral country house neighborhood surrounds the villa on the border between Rishon Lezion and Bat Yam. There are bus lines right next to the villa that go everywhere in the center. The neighborhood has plenty of parking spaces that you can find on the street and for free. The villa is really close to the beach, 10 minutes (!) walk. Within walking distance of the neighborhood are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.
