The apartment spans 2 spacious levels: On the first level, you can enjoy a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool table and a dining area. On the second level, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and TVs, a bedroom with a balcony, and a bathroom suitable for 4 people. On the balcony there is a jacuzzi, a barbecue station, and a seating area. 10 extra mattresses can be added. The apartment accommodates up to 12 guests The beautifully designed apartment, as seen in the photos, spans two spacious and fully equipped levels. On the entrance level, you can enjoy a large living room with a three-meter sofa, an additional single sofa, a 75-inch TV, and a high-quality surround sound system. The space also includes a sideboard, a professional pool table, and an expandable dining table that seats up to eight guests. If needed, a folding table and extra plastic chairs can be provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, microwave, espresso bar, and Tami 4 water dispenser. The upper level features three bedrooms, each with a double bed, a 32-inch TV, and a wardrobe. An additional bedroom offers a private balcony with a seating area. This floor also includes a spacious bathroom and toilet designed to accommodate four people at once. On the balcony, you’ll find a luxurious jacuzzi, a high-quality barbecue station, and comfortable seating areas for relaxation and entertaining. The apartment is suitable for up to 12 guests and is also equipped for religious observant visitors, including a Shabbat hotplate, water urn, and Shabbat-friendly refrigerator. There is also a shared shelter (safe room) in the building.
