I am originally from Southern Ireland however I have spent the last 17 years studying and working overseas. My wife is Italian and we currently live between Italy, Ireland & the UK, always sampling the best that each region has to offer. We are professional people and our main goal is to offer our guests a great service and a fantastic experience when renting one of our properties. The Puffin is located in an ideal setting close to all the main attractions and service centres. You are literally a 1-minute walk from the Village Center, Sailing Club, The McCarthy Clan Castle, Pier & Marina as well as many fish restaurants, The Pizzeria (La Jolie Brise) and a host of traditional Irish Pubs. The property is also well located should you decide to explore the Coast i.e. Glandore, Schull, Goleen, Mizen Head, Kinsale as well as the many vibrant market towns like Skibbereen, Bantry & Clonakilty. The Puffin is also located on the 'The Wild Atlantic Way'.

Neighbourhood information

The historic village of Baltimore and enchanting islands of Cape Clear, Sherkin and Heir lie near the very southern tip of Ireland, where the Wild Atlantic Way meets Carbery's Hundred Isles and the beautiful coast of West Cork. Once the haunt of pirates, today this is a centre for all kinds of waterborne activity. On land too there is plenty to enjoy including a varied calendar of festivals and events, not to mention a wide choice of accommodation and some great places to eat and drink.
