Unwind in the idyllic and peaceful countryside of Castletowngeoghan in Co. Westmeath in this modern & spacious guesthouse. Enjoy the views and walkways around Lough Ennell (2km away), venture into Castletowngeoghan Village (2km away) or venture to Mullingar, Tullamore or Athlone, all of which are 15-30 mins away. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, bedroom 2 has a double bed. Downstairs has a spacious and comfortable kitchen and dining area. Bathroom is equipped with shower. Heating is electric. **Please note** No parties, hens/stag, festival stays. Only the booked number of people are allowed in the property. Due to past experiences where people messaged to say that more people would arrive than booked, a fee will be payable before arrival if this happens, unless you can cancel your booking and rebook for the correct number of guests. Security cameras installed outside the property for the protection of both parties.

Quiet, rural area. Walking distance to local village, Castletowngeoghan. Lough Ennell, Lilliput, is a slightly longer walk but very close. 10 minutes to Tyrellspass, 20 minutes to Tullamore. 35 minutes to Athlone. 15 minutes to Mullingar. Parking is provided at the guest house. You can walk to the village and to the lake, but I wouldn't recommend it at night. Otherwise you will need a car to get around.
