My name is Irene i am married to Gerard we have 3 grown up children 2 boys and 1 girl 2 are living in Ireland and 1 in England . We have lived in Allihies all of our lives .I love meeting guests and talking with them giving them ideas of areas of interest

This is a cosy warm small farmhouse bed and breakfast set in a rural setting yet only a few minutes from the town,tastefully decorated with a beautiful colourful garden and stunning views of the sea.We assure you of a warm welcome and good irish home cooking

Allihies is a small rural quite remote area,with extraordinary scenery rocky mountains and wild atlantic coastline there is a view around every corner. With two shops post office 3 pubs 1 restaurant 2 cafes and a copper mine museum .There are two beautiful sandy beaches and numerous deserted coves, we have the only cable car in Ireland going accross to Dursey Island a walkers paradise. Allihies is a safe area , and its the freedom guests love for there children a fantastic place to spend a night or two or more
