Tropical, modern and cozy 1BR Fabia Villas, each with private swimming pool, settled in a quiet residential area in the heart of Seminyak. Exceptional location! Nestling in a quiet lane and 2 mins walk to Kayu Aya street with all its famous restaurants, bars (Naty's, La Favela, Red Carpet, Ultimo, Char Char and tons of other places), shopping, SPAs and 10 mins walk to KuDeTa beach with incredible sunsets.

Trendiest and the most sophisticated area of Bali. Amazing culinary varieties, numerous spas, all day breakfast cafes and beach clubs. Walking distance to the beach where sunbeds can be rented, surf lessons available and fresh coconuts served all day. Lots of 24/7 convenience and grocery stores within 3 mins walk from the villa.
