A 5-minute drive from Seminyak Square and a 5-minute walk from La Favela, Hevea Villas boasts a private outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tropical greenery. Hevea Villas provide free Wi-Fi access throughout the property and guests enjoy private butler service from 07:00 until 23:00 daily. Certain villa types, the living room comes with flat-screen cable TV and in other types, cable TV is available in the bedroom. Air-conditioned bedrooms feature a mosquito net and en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. For guests who come in big groups, there are also an interconnecting door between certain units. Hevea Villas is a 10-minute walk to Seminyak Beach and is a 25-minute drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport. Overlooking the pool, each villa's terrace comes with a sofa seating area. A well-equipped kitchen with dining area is provided in the villas with private pool. Guests can choose to cook in their villa or have the villa chef prepare meals upon request. Vegetarian guests can be accommodated.

Our motto is : "Guests in focus for unforgetable holidays", so our hobby is to test all our villas as if we are guests ; each quarter, we live in each villa some days in order to be sure that the villas are clean, comfortable and very well maintained. We order also meals and it's also a good test. We want that our guests have memorable and enjoyable holidays

Welcome to Hevea Villas, a resort of six serene one-/two-/and three-bedroom Villas in Seminyak for enjoyable holidays.  Hevea Villas is located at walking 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the main street of Seminyak, Seminyak Square, La Favela, Red Carpet, restaurants such as Trattoria, Ultimo, Le Bistrot….. and nice shops, 10 minutes from Mama San and Ku De Ta.   The Private Villas have Private outdoor swimming pool in a tropical garden with sunbeds. Hevea Villas provide free Wi-Fi,  flat-screen cable TV and 700 movies , air-conditioned bedrooms feature , a mosquito net and en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub.  A well-equipped kitchen with dining area is provided in the private villas.  Guests can choose to cook in their villa or can order meals homemade from our Food Menu and Vegetarian Menu cooked by our private Chefs. Hevea Villas is filled with first-class facilities, our amazing staff including villa manager, butlers, driver, gardeners and security (24 hours) give highest levels of service. Our guests appreciate the organization of their Party.
