Offering two separate apartments next to each other in a residential building. The flats are newly renovated with your comfort in mind, including everything to enjoy your stay and make yourself at home. The 75 square meter (800 sq ft) air-conditioned apartment has a living room, a master bedroom and a smaller secondary bedroom. All rooms are interconnected, with a glass sliding door between the two bedrooms. Ideal for up to 4 persons. The 50 square meter (538 sq ft) air-conditioned open concept studio has stylish and comfortable living and dining areas, a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious luxury shower. Ideal for 2 guests. Both kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, all kinds of kitchen utensils and tableware. A toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine is also at your disposal. Ironing facilities are provided, but there is no washing machine in the apartments. A laundry service is available in just about 100 meters from the house (Bubbles, Central Passage). The apartments are on the third floor of a historical building without elevator.

Our apartments are located in Paulay Ede street, close to the corner of Káldy street. This quarter is the historical and cultural heart of Budapest, close to many points of interest such as the Opera House, Basilica, the Parliament, the Synagogue, the Castle, museums and theaters. Andrássy street is less than 100 m away, while Deák square is about 200. You can reach the party district in about 3 minutes. Liszt Ferenc square is at the other end of our street (about 8 minutes walking). Restaurants, coffee shops and bars are all over this quarter, and you'll find some in Paulay street as well. However, as the main action happens one street away, this street is relatively quiet. Our house itself is very quiet. We ask our guests to respect that and be reasonable with the other residents. Getting around As you'll stay in the city center, public transportation is very easy to reach. Subway lines, buses and trams are just 2-5 minutes away. Public parking is possible both on the street and in a garage about 100 meters away from the apartment. Both options cost about 450 HUF / hour.
