A szállás Dunakeszi szívében helyezkedik el, Budapest központjától 20 km-re, mely autóval, vonattal és busszal félórán belül elérhető. Az artmanház két, különbejáratú szobát, konyha-étkezőt és fürdőszoba-WC-t tartalmaz. Az egyik szobában egy franciaágy, két egyszemélyes ágy, a másikban három egyszemélyes ágy található. Mindkét szobában klíma és TV használható. Ágynemű és törölköző biztosított. A konyha-étkező teljesen felszerelt, a fürdőszobában zuhanykabin, WC, kézmosó és mosógép található. Kisgyerekek részére babaágyat, babakádat és etetőszéket is biztosítunk. A fűtés a hordozható termosztáttal állítható. Ingyenes Wifi biztosított. A házban tilos a dohányzás, de a terasz dohányzóhelyként használható. A kódos kulcsdoboz használatával, önállóan juthatnak be a vendégek a szállásra.
