Istrabook is a local travel agency owned by Ferien Adriatic d.o.o., specializing in renting quality private villas with swimming pools. We work directly with the villa owners to ensure our clients the best service and value. Our mission is to ensure our guests a completely relaxing vacation. We check all properties personally, take our own photos and provide our clients with correct information about the location and the villas. The villas are under contract with Istrabook and all have the permits issued by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia. Our employees in property management, Tina Haid and Claudio Jurak, who speak German as their mother tongue, are your contact persons and can also be reached on site at any time in your holiday destination.

In the charming village of Orbanići in Istria, about 15 km from Pula, Villa Vala offers first-class accommodation for 8 people. This villa features 3 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms have 2 additional beds for 2 more people.
On the ground floor, there is a modern equipped kitchen with a dining area, an air-conditioned living room with access to the outside terrace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms. A guest toilet is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV.
On an amazing 4500 m² property, there is an outdoor area surrounded by greenery, with a 32 m² pool with a waterfall, sun loungers, and umbrellas. For active guests, darts, two small football goals, a children's swing, and bicycles are available. You can end the evening with a barbecue on the covered terrace.
The villa has 4 private parking spaces on a fully fenced property, and your pets are also welcome! Guests have access to free WiFi, air conditioning, and SAT-TV.
