On the first floor (pool level) is a pool area with lounge chairs and grill, and inside of the house is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, toilette with washing machine, and one bedroom with double bed (en suite with shower) and A/C. Through large glass walls, you can enjoy an amazing sea view, or you can stand outside, on the spacious, covered terrace, and with a glass of wine counting the stars. Villa "V" is located in a very quiet and natural environment in place Mimice, just 12 km from Omiš, and 37 km from Split. It is positioned at the higher part of Mimice with absolutely opened sea and island views. You need a few minutes to get to the lovely pebble beach which is 800m far from the property, and the center of the old place is only a few meters far. Everything is within walking distance so the car is recommended.
