Villa Toic is the perfect choice for a seaside getaway. Located in the peaceful village of Čižići on the island of Krk, just 80 meters from the sea, it offers stunning views of Soline Bay and Gorski Kotar. The villa features 140 m² of living space, decorated in a charming Mediterranean style with all modern comforts. The villa boasts three terraces. The largest (22 m²) is furnished with a lounge seating area, perfect for relaxation. The second terrace has an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a large table for eight people, along with an outdoor shower. The third terrace is on the first floor and accessible from the bedrooms. Inside, the villa offers a spacious living room with a leather sofa and a 55-inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area seats six. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a balcony with a sea view, while the other two share a bathroom. The villa is air-conditioned and has wireless internet.
