Luxury villa Regina is situated 12 km away from town of Trogir and 3 km away from the center of Marina. The nearest shop, restaurant, bar and public beach is 400 m away. The nearest stone beach to our house that has its own pier is just a flight of stairs bellow. Main road needs to be crossed to reach it. Our charming villa has a Heating swimming-pool (32 m2), 2 large terraces and a balcony. Air-conditioned, 2 story, brand new villa consists of 2 fully equipped kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms. Free Wi-fi, parking and satellite TV available to all our guests. Our guests have access to the whole house and surrounding area. They also have use of barbecue that is located in the garden of the house. There is a flight of stairs leading from the main road to our villa. Our neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for relaxation and getting away from it all. Stunning, open sea view.
My family and I are the private owners of villa Regina that we built 2018. We are here to assist you with anything needed while on your holiday. We are one phone call away. We do not live at the property but can be at the house in one hour if needed.
