Our beautiful beach front villa is located in the pretty coastal resort of Medici along the Split Riviera. With its retro style interior opening out onto a sea front garden and terraces, our home would suit a family or friends looking for a relaxing break in a quiet village within easy reach of the historic towns of Split or Makarska. The villa is approached from the rear where parking is located. Guests enter into a hallway followed by the mezzanine ground floor. The upper part features the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate guest toilet and a door to the garage. The lower part accommodates a dining room, lounge and opening onto a spacious terrace and garden overlooking the sea. A double bedroom, a family bathroom and a second double bedroom with additional single bed are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms feature a terrace with sea view. Access to the sea is possible via a side gate to the rear of the villa and four flights of steps down to the beach. Car hire is recommended while your stay. Areas of interest nearby include the River Cetina near Omis which offers water rafting, canoeing and canyoning, Biokovo Nature Park as well as the ancient city of Split.

My german father Maik as an architect and my croatian mom Željka planned and built this house together with the whole Croatian family and friends in the early 80th. We live in Germany and always spend our vacation in Medići. 2010 we decided to rent our 2nd home to people who love to travel, enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay at the coast in a charming family friendly environment.

A few steps from the beach with a marvelous view on the sea and the island of Brać. Huge terrace and garden with lots of space. Very calm and family friendly neighborhood. You can very easily reach the next groceries, restaurants and bars in the neighbor village Mimice by foot. There is also a post and tourist office. Hiking in the mountains, walking on the beaches, swimming and snorkeling are my most favorite way to relax at this place!
