The villa is divided into two separate flats. The apartment on the ground floor consists of a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cosy living room with a TV and a laundry room. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the upper floor there is another apartment with a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three of the four bedrooms have a double bed, while one bedroom has two single beds. From the first floor you have access to a large terrace with a seating area from where you can enjoy the beautiful view and the tranquillity of the surroundings. If you want to spend your holiday in the sun, there is a lovely large private pool in front of the villa. The pool is a real highlight of the villa. The 41m2 pool consists of a normal pool area (1.5m deep) and a children's pool area for the little ones. There is also a whirlpool, which can be heated.
