Villa Krajcar is a beautifully furnished holiday home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on the ground floor. The pool with sun beds and parasols is directly under the outdoor dining table. A few steps away there is a large stone fireplace and a barbecue. The garden is spacious and very well maintained, with large shady trees. The interior is beautifully furnished with beautiful stone elements. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an inside fireplace. Parking is provided on the property. A small village Krajcar Brijeg, is located in the heart of Istria. All around are small streets that lead to wonderful excursion destinations, vineyards and excellent Istrian restaurants. The nearest beach is 25 minutes by car from the villa. The nearest shop is 5 minutes from the house. The medieval villages, in the inner parts of Istria, have a special spirit, with their narrow streets, stairs, old buildings, and of course the beautiful landscapes.

Villa Krajcar is located in a very small village Krajcar Brig. Larger shopping can be done in the nearby town Žminj. The location of the house offers a great starting point for visitng the entire region, especially the beaches located near Rovinj and Poreč.
