Villa Castelli – Family Holiday House with Private Pool Located in a peaceful area of Kaštel Novi, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, Villa Castelli combines comfort, privacy, and authentic Mediterranean charm. Spread over two floors, this spacious villa is ideal for families or groups of friends. The ground floor features a bright living room connected directly to the terrace and private pool, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet. The upper floor, connected by an internal staircase, offers a large living room, a modern kitchen with a bar and dining area, two double bedrooms, a smaller single bedroom, and two bathrooms. A spacious outdoor terrace is perfect for relaxing evenings or breakfast in the sun. Guests can enjoy the private pool, BBQ facilities, free WiFi, air conditioning, and a large private parking area for up to six cars. Villa Castelli is only 10 minutes by car from Split Airport, and 15 minutes from Split and Trogir. Its location makes it an excellent base for exploring Krka National Park, Plitvice Lakes, Omiš, Primošten, or taking boat trips to Brač, Hvar, and the Blue Lagoon.
