Apartman se nalazi u Posedarju (20km od Zadra). Udaljen samo 5 min od plaže ovaj apartman idealno je smješten u blizini mnogih popularnih atrakcija (NP Paklenica, NP Krka, NP Kornati, PP Vransko jezero, kanjon rijeke Zrmanje, grad Zadar). Također u neposrednoj blizini se nalaze nogometni i košarkaški teren (100m) te biciklističke rute (1km). Apartman ima 40 m2 i prima maksimalno 2+2 osobe (kauč na razvlačenje). Sastoji se od spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka i potpuno opremljene kuhinje (sa pećnicom, mikrovalnom, frižiderom i perilicom posuđa), WC-a (sa perilicom rublja). Također ispred apartmana se nalazi terasa (50 m2) sa mjestom za sjedenje, roštiljem i zelenim vrtom.
