The villa is located in a small, quiet hamlet of Stankovci, where your family can completely relax. The old stone house of grandfathers has been transformed into a peaceful oasis equipped for your stay.

The villa is far from the road, your first neighbors are the birds from our olive grove and orchard, where you can enjoy long walks with your pets. The entire villa is surrounded by walls like a hacienda, so you can be carefree while your children and pets play. If you want to swim in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, drive to the beach in about 10 minutes. The nearest beach is in Pirovac (12 km), and nearby are the famous tourist towns of Vodice (22 km) and Biograd (30 km). If you want to make a day trip, visit the beautiful cities of Šibenik (25 km) and Zadar (50 km), which will delight you with their historical and cultural sights. Experience unique flora and fauna in Krka National Park, Kornati National Park and Vrana Lake Nature Park. We also recommend visiting the beautiful islands of the Šibenik and Zadar archipelagos.
