This beautiful accommodation offers comfort and style, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The apartment is situated in a modern building, just a short distance from three stunning city beaches – Uskok, Puntamika, and Borik – ideal for enjoying the crystal-clear sea. It features a spacious bedroom and a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. A special highlight of this apartment is the large terrace, perfect for sipping morning coffee or basking in the sun. The fully equipped modern kitchen, air-conditioned space, and carefully designed details create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Book your stay and experience Zadar in a luxurious setting!

Our luxury apartment with a unique nautical design is located in a peaceful area of Zadar, right across from Marina Borik. This location is perfect for guests who want to enjoy a relaxing seaside atmosphere while still being close to all major attractions. Just a few steps from the apartment, you’ll find beautiful seaside promenades. On one side, you can take a stroll to the quiet and picturesque Puntamika, while on the other side, a long coastal walkway leads all the way to Zadar’s Old Town. This area offers the perfect balance between tranquility and the vibrant city life, with stunning sea views and breathtaking sunsets. Note: There is still ongoing construction work in the building in front of the apartment, which is why the accommodation price has been reduced. Some noise may occur during the day, but the apartment still provides a comfortable and pleasant stay.
