The house was completely renovated in 2009 and the original appearance of the house was carefully preserved. Situated on the edge of the picturesque town of Visnjan the house has a beautiful panoramic sea view, an enclosed garden of 700 sqm with a beautifully maintained garden which features a children’s playground, an outdoor swimming pool (25 sqm), parking for two vehicles and a large covered terrace with dining facilities and barbecue. The villa has a total area of 140 sqm situated over three floors. In the living room on the ground floor there is a sofa bed which sleeps one, and a table football for some friendly competitions. There is also access to a large covered terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining. On the first and second floor (attic) the bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable night's sleep, with two having both a double bed and a single bed, while one bedroom has two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
