Modern apartment in 120 years old Austro-Hungarian army building on a second floor without elevator at quiet part of Pula ( Stoja). The building looks very rusty from the outside but it´s 1 meter thick stone walls is gonna give you a great feeling of privacy and comfort. You will have a great sea view from your terrace, great location, and 50 sqm space with the most comfy bed. Fully equipped to be home away from home :) Comfortable, spacious apartment with large terrace, one bedroom, kitchen with dishwasher and dining room, living room and bathroom. There is one double bed in bedroom and one couch in living room which is also very big when stretched and suitable for 2 more person.

Dear guests, as you can see from our reviews, the cleanliness was always crucial part of our service. We are taking extra care to ventilate and disinfect the apartment for every guest. We also take care that the linen and towels are safe and clean for you. For every guest we provide a free paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap and disinfecting cleaner. To provide you an easy contact free check-in, our apartment is equipped with self check-in box. The interaction with the guests depends exclusively on the guests themselves. I am a “live and let live" kind of people, therefore I shall not disturb your privacy. However I am always available by e-mail and mobile phone if you need help or want any information about the city, events, restaurants etc. Besides Croatian, I speak German and English. Post office, grocery shops, hairdresser, laundry service, ATM, pharmacy, bakeries, child playground, church is just few minutes from us! In the surroundings of the house you will find a few local restaurants to choose. For your active vacation around us you can find also tennis court, trim trail by the sea and outdoor gym. Our apartment is located 600m from the beach and 1500m from town center. The nearest public beach Valkane is just 600 meter from us. There you can find bars, beach volleyball playgrounds, aquapark and playground for childern. The beach has a lifeguard and a lot of tree shadow for you safe vacation. The famous Lungomare promenade is at 8 minutes walk.

A mandatory law requires every guest have to present valid government ID upon check-in, persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment. As we have self check-in please provide us with valid ID details before your arrival. Your ID details are gonna be used for this purpose only. The apartment has a separate entrance and guests do not share anything with the other guests.
