This amazing and spacious 3 room apartment is situated in the absolute best possible position in the center of Pula. Your view from the large windows in the living room and from the small office is towards the famous Pula Green Market with majestic old trees surrounding, and with the Pula water fountain right below your windows. When you step out the apartment building front door you are at Pula’s most famous pedestrian street with café’s and shops. You have no cars passing – only the cozy sounds of life in the city. The apartment is situated with living room and small office overseeing the pedestrian street, and with the sleeping room facing the silent backyard. So your sleep will not be disturbed – even though you are in the center of the city. The apartment building itself is a fine old classic Pula building – with the apartment, newly renovated in 2024, situated at the 2nd floor.

The apartment is in the very center of Pula - directly opposite to the famous Pula Green Market where you can find fresh vegetables, herbs, honey, local spirits, fish and meat. All local fresh products. Cafe's and shops are a few steps away.
