On the ground floor of the villa you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 10, a separate room with fridge and freezer. The villa also has a studio outside the building, where there is another kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. In the basement of the villa there is a bedroom, a laundry room, a wine bar, a fitness room and a wellness area.
