Villa Tala is an amazing sea side property located right on the beach in a small coastal village of Barotul on the island of Pasman. With its 4 elegant bedrooms, 4 modern bathrooms, a wonderful heated infinity pool, sauna and so much more it can comfortably accommodate 2 families or a group of up to 8 guests. Selected by My Dalmatia for its extraordinary location and great host who will make you feel right at home. Your newly built beachfront villa consists of 2 levels. Ground floor features a stylishly furnished, spacious and bright living/dining area which is connected to a fully equipped open plan kitchen, while the top floor consists of bedrooms, bathrooms and a sea view balcony. There is also a recreation room with rowing machine, free weights and a nice sauna as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor area comprises of another fully equipped kitchen with indoor fireplace, a terrace with your private pool, sun shower, an outside dining area and great barbecue facilities. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV and air conditioning devices. Fast Wi-Fi connection is of course secured, as well as 4 gated parking places in the back of the house. 2 bicycles are provided which are ideal for exploring the rest of this interesting island, with some amazing view points being close to your property. There you can encounter breathtaking views of tens of islands, the coast, mountains and sea which stretches in all directions. Owner also provides a SUP which is a great way to reach the nearby uninhabited island of Garmenjak where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of your own private beaches.

The island of Pasman is easily reachable by car from either Zadar or Biograd with numerous ferry connections running each couple of hours in the high season and a few times a day during the rest of the year. Villa Tala provides a great location as you have a sandy beach as well as a children's playground right in front of the house, a grocery store is located around the corner and the nearest restaurant can be reached in a short 5 minute walk. That's all you need in order to spend a relaxed summer vacation in the company of your friends and loved ones.
