Beautiful, Modern and Spacious Apartment located just just above the beach ( located just one road above Radisson Hotel). Beach is 2 minute walk from our place. There are 5 bedrooms in which 2 large bedrooms are attached to one another but can be separate by doors if our guests wish.😊 Depending on number of guests we open the rooms, if there are 2 guests coming not all 5 bedrooms will be open, only for more guests due to various experiences. Bedrooms come with 2 King Size Beds and 2 Queen Size beds, one pull out sofa, and 2 single sofas in large living room. Nice twin beds can be arranged if needed in one of the bedrooms, please let us know day before. Enjoy coffee on our beautiful terrace, or on a small cosy balcony. There are 2 bathrooms in the Apartment. Attractive large kitchen is must enjoy place while cooking and sharing great conversations with your family and friends. Dining room is attached to this great space and spacious including new table and chairs. Living Room area offers very comfy enjoyable sofas. The whole place is so large that children enjoy running around, playing hide and seek and finding so much spotes for theirs toys and various games. Guests who need working space can enjoy working or just playing video games as we have prepared 2 working desks that can be transfered from one room to another. There are free public parking places around our building and other buildings as well. Bus station is minute away by foot. Buses drive directly to the centre, some 5 to 7 min drive. Also if our guests decide to take walk to centre, beach path is ideal and takes up to 25 minutes or less. We are close to LIDL shop, nice coffee bars, many restaurants and burger place.

Bavimo se turizmom godinama, no zbog dobrih i losih iskustava imamo vanjske kamere jer gosti cesto prijave puno manji broj gostju, tako da smo morali donijeti odluku ako dolazi jedna osoba, samo 1 ili 2 sobe i 1 kupaona ce biti otvorena. Za svakog extra gosta koji udje bez da je platio morat cemo prijaviti bookingu i potraziti razliku novca, Dakle bilo bi dobro kad se prijavi jedna ili dvije osobe da se prijavi tocan dolazak gostiju i zbog vas da pripremimo tocan broj soba i zbog nas jer nekad budu stete vece. Izuzev toga, zaista smo za sve na raspolaganju sto je u domeni Vaseg bukiranja u nasem smjestaju :)

Easy few minutes walk to beach, or 25 minutes walk to city centre. We are close to LIDL shop, nice coffee bars, many restaurants, burger places and bus stations. TRSTENIK beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Split and we are happy we are part of it 😊.
